We display logos, visuals, and creative assets from projects delivered by JaDID and Co, as well as work completed by members of The JaDID Directory, to represent the range and calibre of talent within our network. We are not responsible for:
Use of this site and any related platforms is at your own risk. JaDID and Co operates on a Trust & Mutual Respect Policy. We work collaboratively with all clients, partners and members, and expect the same standards in return. We reserve the right to pause, restrict or terminate services, communications or project delivery where a client’s conduct is hostile, abusive, defamatory, obstructive, harmful to our team or partners, or breaches agreed terms of engagement.
We expect all clients to:
• Communicate respectfully and professionally
• Honour agreed timelines, instructions, feedback cycles and payment schedules
• Not act in a way that damages our staff, suppliers, partners, or reputation
• Not request unethical, unlawful, discriminatory or exploitative work
Where a project, event or service is cancelled by the client for any reason (including commercial, personal or internal decisions), all work already completed and all third-party costs already incurred remain payable in full. This includes consultancy time, creative work, contractor fees, venue/staging/AV bookings, or other non-recoverable expenses.
Due to the nature of our business, fees for services already delivered or committed are non-refundable. Refunds may only apply to items where a supplier offers one, and only at JaDID and Co’s discretion.
JaDID and Co manages third-party suppliers under our own contracts and commercial relationships. We are not obliged to provide details of freelancers, internal contracts, financial information or supplier terms unless explicitly agreed in writing prior to engagement. We may provide confirmation letters or cost summaries where appropriate.
If a client breaches these terms, behaves in a manner that violates our Trust & Mutual Respect Policy, or creates a hostile working environment, JaDID and Co may:
• Suspend or terminate the project
• Retain payment for work completed and costs incurred
• Decline future engagement
• Issue a formal notice of breach if required
No refunds will be issued in cases where the termination is due to client misconduct or unreasonable demands.
JaDID and Co engages individual freelancers operating as sole traders (“Freelancers”) for the delivery of certain services, including but not limited to creative work, consultancy, production support, and event delivery. The following terms apply specifically to those engagements:
Payment Terms
JaDID and Co will pay Freelancers within fourteen (14) days of receipt of a valid invoice, once the booking has been confirmed and the Freelancer has accepted the engagement in writing.
Client-Side Cancellation
If a client cancels a project or service after a Freelancer has been confirmed, the Freelancer’s agreed fee remains payable in full. JaDID and Co will not request a refund from the Freelancer in such circumstances. Instead, Freelancers agree to offer up to two (2) alternative delivery dates for the same scope of work, where reasonably possible. If the client is unable to proceed on either rescheduled date, the Freelancer may retain the full fee.
Freelancer Withdrawal or Non-Delivery
If a Freelancer is unable to complete the agreed work for any reason, they must either:
(a) issue a full refund of any sums paid; or
(b) offer up to two (2) reasonable rescheduled dates.
If JaDID and Co accepts the rescheduled date(s), no refund is required. If the Freelancer cannot provide the service on either of the two rescheduled dates, a full refund will be due unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Where a Freelancer has reserved time, declined other paid work, or incurred non-recoverable costs specifically for a JaDID and Co engagement, such fees may be treated as non-refundable in the case of client-side cancellation, provided the Freelancer has adhered to the rescheduling requirements.
No Direct Client Relationship
Freelancers are engaged by JaDID and Co only. No contractual relationship is formed between the Freelancer and the client unless expressly agreed in writing by all parties.
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the website or engagement with services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in relation to them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
